6:30 AM. Tea is waiting while I open one of my many note-taking channels. It might be the traditional notebook, the phone's notes app, a voice recording, or one of my endless lists of saved links. Creation, I've discovered, doesn't choose a format — it happens where and when it needs to happen.
Many ask me about writing routine. The truth is that each text demands its own time, its own ritual. There are days when words flow like a river; on others, each line is conquered with patience and persistence.
The creative process is a dance between discipline and inspiration. I maintain regular hours for writing, but I've also learned to recognize those special moments when an idea surfaces in the middle of the night or during a walk — moments when my phone becomes my best ally in capturing thoughts before they escape.
From Internet to Book
heartspeak has a particular story. It was born on Tumblr, where over the years I shared poetry and short texts with a community that grew to more than 18,000 people. It's a vibrant community that follows and interacts with each verse, each reflection.
These are texts that were born from various moments, some in notebooks, others typed directly online, some born from audio recordings made in moments of inspiration. Each poem has its own origin story, its own path to finding its final form.
Between Digital and Paper
Writing today means navigating between different platforms and formats. A verse noted on the phone can transform into a complete poem in a notebook. A voice recording made during a walk might become a micro-story. Lists of saved links feed creativity with unexpected references and inspiration.
Every writer is first an observer. Stories are everywhere — in family breakfast, in conversations overheard on the subway, in the silence of a Sunday afternoon. The secret is to stay alert and ready to record these observations, regardless of the format.
